She was informative, enthusiastic, and got us the best vantage points of the important works, with the most time left for David, of course. In the afternoon trip to the Uffizi, however, the guide wasn’t great. She talked way too long, and did nothing to get us close to the works themselves. We were constantly at the back of each room, while big groups took up all the prime positions in front of the art, and we had to leave the group early just so that we could see the art for ourselves. Thank goodness we had earphones because the city was so busy that we would not have been able to hear our guide without them. The link in the voucher was different than the link in the app. We used the link in the app that sent us to the wrong place. We called the tour support who did not provide adequate help. We ended up being late to the meet up location. There were no signs or any help. The in app message feature did not work either. So we missed the tour. $400 down the drain 😩”

“Our guide Ana was great. She showed us one painting and then we went to see the David. You could tell she's really passionate and I think she got teary-eyed when we saw the statue for the first time, even though I'm sure she's walked into that room a bajillion times. Since it's a small museum, the tour was pretty short. Our kids are 13 and 15, and she held their attention. I'd recommend Ana and this tour.”
