“Overpriced. The crew was very nice and helpful. The circumstances were not their fault. Did not get into the Blue Grotto due to rough seas. The whole reason for booking this excursion was to go into the Blue Grotto. I truly believe the best customer service would be to give a partial refund if the grotto is closed for the day. It was the most disappointing day. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we paid a lot of money just to go to Capri and spend more money for lunch and a bit of souvenir shopping. Complete waste of a lot of money. I would not recommend this tour.”

“We went at 12:30 pm. This was a great 1.5 hour tour that circumnavigated Capri. It included a 20 minute stop for swimming right near the Faraglioni rocks, which were beautiful. The water was not cold. They had 10 pool noodles (so not enough for everyone). My youngest (8 y.o) used a noodle, and my older one (11 y.o.) did not, but she was nervous while swimming in the ocean (maybe 20 feet deep?). “We left almost an hour later than scheduled and this time was taken off of our original 8 hour scheduled trip. We were also never offered any drinks until we asked for it. There was no music playing because the speakers were broken. When we asked to play some music the staff kept kicking the speakers to try and make them work. We were also not take around the entire island only a small portion of it. The pick up from Capri was also late. The staff was also speaking poorly about us in Italian and they were saying that they just want to go back to the drop off…”

“We had Giorgio as our tour guide. He was fabulous! He was funny, informative and really showed us a great time - the perfect host! The area was under wind advisory, so the blue grotto wasn't an option, but that was fine - we saw so many other cool things! It was a nice balance of being on a tour but having some free time to roam and shop as we wanted. We stayed in Naples so it was nice to have this group meet us at the Naples ferry dock and send us back home that way - everything was super easy.”
