“We had a great time. First we started with seeing the cows up close and then the milking room. Next came a live demonstration of making mozzarella and burrata. The way burrata is made is really quite interesting. Then we toured thd cheese maturing room. Lastly there was a lovely lunch where got to try all the excellent cheese, bread, cured meat and even a half carafe of rose. It was a lovely lunch and really the whole experience was enjoyable.”
